G3 Group expands its Australian operations

In July, G3 settled the acquisition of Tidy Files, a small Melbourne based supplier of specialist filing products to Victoria and New South Wales business customers.

The acquisition of Tidy Files is consistent with G3’s strategy to expand its document management services into Australia, and leverages from the service base of our Formfile business acquired December 2015.

Formfile intends to upsell its new Digital Office workflow software to Tidy Files’ niche customers from the education and medical sectors. We are very excited by the opportunity Tidy Files brings to our Australian based document management business.
